I’m Nic, a registered counsellor, binge eating coach, and your Binge-Free Bestie.
With a Master’s degree in Counselling and Postgraduate degrees in Psychology and Health Science, I’ve spent years studying how our minds and bodies interact with food. I’m also a trained yoga teacher, and I host the Binge Free Bestie podcast, where I share tips and insights to help women heal their relationship with food.
